How to use Collagen Powder: Recipes

You might have heard about people including collagen as part of their diet. Collagen can come in many different forms such as powders, tablets, drinks and creams. The one thing they all have in common is the ingredient: collagen peptides. Collagen peptides have no flavour which is great because they can be added to pretty much everything from your morning coffee to your baked treats. Here at The Intelligent Health we have put together a list of our favourite recipes that include our Collagen Powder.

Raspberry Brownies

We all love a sweet treat now and then; you can enjoy one of these raspberry brownies as a snack after dinner or even with a hot drink to unwind.

  • 100g of 70% dark chocolate
  • 40g cacao powder
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 225g caster sugar
  • 90ml melted coconut oil
  • 100g of fresh raspberries
  • 1 scoop of our Collagen Powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 225g gluten free flour

Mix your dry ingredients together and set aside. Meanwhile, melt your dark chocolate with some hot water and mix the wet and dry ingredients together. Finally, you can transfer your mixture into a prepared baking tin smoothing it out with a spatula. Decorate your batter with fresh raspberries and cook in the oven for 20-24 minutes.
